By using LuvSense, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LuvSense, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it.

3. Conduct

Use LuvSense only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send unauthorized commercial messages
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect other people’s information without consent

4. Content

You are responsible for what you post. Content must not be illegal or harmful, infringe someone’s rights, be explicit, or promote hate or discrimination.

5. Subscriptions

Premium plans are sold and renewed by Apple. Weekly is $1.99, monthly is $4.99, and yearly is $39.99, unless the App Store shows a different price for your region. Auto-renew stays on until you turn it off in your Apple account at least 24 hours before the period ends.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end an account for a violation of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes.

8. Disclaimer

LuvSense is provided as is, without warranties. It is a relationship toolkit, not therapy or counseling.

9. Liability

LuvSense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
